Overview
National Bank, was the second-largest bank in Kenya by branch network size. However, the branches were dated and the bank was losing market share. The decision was to rebrand, and redesign their branches to signal the start of a new, more contemporary approach to banking.
It was so succesful, they were aquired by Kenya Commercial Bank in 2019.
